A reschedule or cancellation within less than 24 hours will result in 50% of the service fee charged to the card on file; any client who fails to show to scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the service fee. If the card on file is declined, fees must be paid prior to booking future appointments. One reschedule is allowed per client. Clients who are 10 minutes late will result in a 50% service fee charged to the card on file. All treatments and services provided by Ashley D Aesthetics are non refundable. Skincare products purchased in studio or special ordered through our online store front are NOT eligible for return or exchange. Clients under the age of 18 are required to have a parent or guardian present at their appointments. Children under the age of 13 are NOT permitted in the treatment room. Failure to comply to any policies listed will result in clients no longer being able to book future appointments.
